Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients by thoroughly reviewing our internal database.
Initiate contact with potential prospects to gather essential information regarding their relocation needs, subsequently transferring them to the appropriate sales representative.
Create comprehensive moving profiles and maintain accurate customer information within our internal software systems.
Collaborate with the outside sales department to coordinate on-site visits with relocation specialists.
Effectively manage data for new and prospective customers, ensuring all information is meticulously logged into the system with precision and consistency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales role.
Proficiency in managing high call volumes and the ability to excel under pressure.
A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules.
9:00 AM PT to 6PM PT, including some Saturdays. Expected 40-50h work week. Full-time in office.
Hourly rate: $22-25/h
