Roadway Moving is looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales with an extensive experience in B2C, with home service industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing organization and help bring it to another level.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the company Sales results and managing Sales KPIs
Oversee a multi-region sales organization through regional leadership, managing 40+ sales professionals across Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Development, and Business Development.
Accountable for regional performance, pipeline generation, and revenue execution across all sales functions
Review rates and pricing structures on a regular basis and adjust as needed
Sales reporting and presentations to the Executive Committee
Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service through ensuring of excellence in sales techniques, product knowledge, competitive pricing
Generate leads and new business opportunities
Manage multiple markets and open ability to open new ones
Create strategy, yearly and multi-yearly growth plan
Strong relationship and collaboration with Marketing Department
Working closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to complete moves
Effective communication with your team
Business development through development, nurturing, and expending relationships with clients
Develop, implement, and manage rates and pricing structures that meet the customer’s needs and ensure profitability
Manage Sales Center processes for leads and customer inquiries
Expert in Sales Techniques
Responsible for the applicable industry compliance
Passionate about sales, people, and success delivery, Expert in Sales, kind and a nice person with executive presence, polished presentation and communication, appreciation for cultures from around the World and multilingual workplace
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in B2C sales
10+ years of experience managing and leading a Sales Team Nationwide
Proven track record of sales and generating new business
Experience managing KPIs and budgets
Home services, hospitality, or retail industry is a must
Strong ability for training and development
Customer focused with the ability to understand complex problems and challenges and work towards thoughtful solutions
Team-player with aspirations for a high degree of professionalism both with customers and internal team members
Willingness to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
MS Office including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, CRM systems, social media platforms
