Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations while coordinating moving crews and dispatch activities. This role ensures efficient warehouse management, organized crew dispatch, and smooth daily operations for our Florida branch.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Oversee daily warehouse activities including loading and unloading trailers.
Maintain accurate storage, vaulting, and inventory records.
Scan and process jobs into storage and maintain storage reports.
Conduct quality control inspections for jobs entering storage or being loaded into vaults.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor packing material inventory and coordinate ordering when needed.
Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs.
Ensure proper documentation for warehouse-related operations.
Dispatch & Crew Coordination
Dispatch moving crews each morning and confirm job assignments.
Ensure crews arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared for scheduled jobs.
Monitor job progress and maintain operational updates throughout the day.
Coordinate moving teams to maximize workforce efficiency across scheduled jobs.
Ensure trucks pass inspection and pre-trip checks are completed.
Confirm crews have correct materials and equipment for each move.
Prepare job paperwork including bills of lading and contracts.
Communicate with crews to resolve operational issues and support field teams.
Operational Communication & Support
Monitor and respond to internal communications via systems.
Work closely with operations, customer service, and management to resolve issues.
Document incidents such as accidents or safety concerns according to company policy.
Optimize daily scheduling based on crew availability and job requirements.
Promote teamwork to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or moving operations
Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams
Forklift operation experience preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital work order platforms
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with statistical and analytical abilities
Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
Ability to understand data connections and make sound operational decisions
Must be able to work independently and in fast-paced environments, including nights and weekends as needed
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Commute to 4750 NW 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33309
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 Annually, based on experience

Schedule:
Full-time, in-person position.
8–10 hours shifts.
Flexible starting times required.
Nights and weekends as needed.
