Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer support with our clients and serve as the primary point of contact
Utilize active listening skills and consultative sales techniques to understand client’s wants and needs
Follow up with clients regarding experience
Handle high volume of calls
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer clients’ questions and concerns
Ask questions to understand the client's lifestyle and personal needs, encourage open communication and honesty, and provide product recommendations specifically curated to address their needs
Represent our organization with pride and set to be an upstanding example of our core values
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service setting, including hospitality, retail, or call center
Moving industry is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Suite and demonstrated competency in learning new software applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate relevant information, ideas, and directions
Commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, dependability, trust, and collaboration
Ability to work 6 days/week during the summer and flexible hours. Typical shift would be between 8am-8pm PT/US (California time).
