Senior HR Compliance Administrator
About the Company:
Founded in 2008 by Ross Sapir, Roadway Moving is built on the core principles of accountability, kindness, generosity, and dedication. These values drive a culture of excellence, where our people—not just our trucks—set us apart in a crowded industry. We believe in investing in both our employees and our clients, fostering an environment rooted in respect, urgency, clear communication, and appreciation. At Roadway, we don’t just move boxes, we move lives, and we do it with a commitment to making the experience remarkable for everyone involved.
The Sr. HR Compliance Administrator is the HR operational backbone of the Albania office. This role is centered on HR compliance, documentation, and onboarding, executed with precision and consistency every day. The person in this seat owns the full employee lifecycle from a documentation and compliance standpoint and serves as the go-to for keeping the office itself functional and organized.
The person in it is reliable, organized, and takes ownership without being asked. They manage competing priorities without dropping detail, and they understand that HR accuracy and a well-run office are not separate things, both reflect the same standard of care.
